Privacy Policy
Effective September 8, 2026
Overview
Ariadne Ops ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through ariadneops.com, how we use it, and your choices.
Information We Collect
- Contact form submissions: name, email, phone number, organization, and any message details you provide when you submit the contact form.
- Analytics data: if you consent (see "Cookies & Analytics" below), we collect anonymized usage data (pages viewed, general interaction patterns) through Zoho PageSense.
- Bot-protection data: Cloudflare Turnstile performs a background check to confirm you're a real visitor, not a bot. This does not identify you personally.
We do not collect payment information, government IDs, or other sensitive personal data through this site.
How We Use Information
- To respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form.
- To understand how visitors use the site, so we can improve it.
- To protect the site from spam and abuse.
We do not sell your information to third parties.
Cookies & Analytics
This site loads at most one non-essential tool: Zoho PageSense, for analytics. It does not run until you actively accept it via the banner shown on your first visit, declining means nothing loads. You can change your choice anytime using the "Privacy choices" link in the footer.
Third-Party Services
We use the following service providers, each of which processes data under its own privacy policy:
- Cloudflare: hosting, security, and bot protection (Turnstile).
- Zoho: analytics (PageSense), only if you've consented.
Data Retention & Security
Contact form submissions are stored securely and retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records. We use industry-standard technical safeguards (encrypted connections, access controls) to protect the data we hold.
Your Choices
- You may decline analytics cookies at any time via the footer link.
- You may request that we delete personal information you've submitted by emailing us (below).
Children's Privacy
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy occasionally. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
